My clinic during Earth Hour March 26th 2011 between 8:30pm-9:30pm. When asked by incoming patients why our clinic's lights were switched off we were able to talk about this global event, why it was done, and why its important to save on electricity for our planet.
So spread the word.. Switch off the lights!!!

I am a reader of your blog and I really like the way you address the queries. I am basically from India. Here I see people buying cream from dealers which they say it is from KSA (kingdom of saudi arabis), Jeddah. Some of them are Nafia magic cream, Amira magic cream, St.Dalfour and most of them don't even have names. My friends are using cream which they say they have imported from Jeddah and they wont say the name. However, their color has improved dramatically and skin is glowing and radiant. As you are basically from Jeddah and you are a dermataalogist, I would request you to provide me with the names of the cream used by saudi ladies as they look very fair and radiant and glowy. Can you please tell me which whitening cream in Jeddah will make me fair, radiant and glowy without any side effects so that I import it online. It is my humble request to you to help me in this.
